Director Of Operations For Education And Training at Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA)

Tommy Toth has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Tommy started as a General Manager for Bliss Scottsdale @ the W hotel, where they managed the construction of a spa facility. Tommy then worked as a Spa Director for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., overseeing all aspects of the spa's operations and significantly improving employee engagement. Tommy then joined The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands as an Engineering Supervisor and Facilities Concierge, where they assisted with daily operational tasks and ensured guest satisfaction. Tommy later joined Aspen Meadows Resort as an Engineer III, responsible for daily preventive maintenance and various repairs. Currently, they are the Director of Operations for Education and Training at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.

Tommy Toth attended Colorado Mountain College from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
