Avani Shandilya

Avani Shandilya works as a PeerKnights Coach at University of Central Florida, providing guidance to freshman students in the LEARN program. Avani also conducts research in a Civil Engineering lab, focusing on evacuation patterns during hurricanes. Additionally, Avani has researched nanomaterials for environmental purposes. At Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, Avani serves as a Snapshots Provider offering guidance to families with Deaf or Hard of Hearing children. Avani has experience as a teacher and grader at Kumon North America, Inc., where Avani has developed tutoring skills for students of all ages. Avani is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at UCF.
