The Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) was established in 1885 with support of the State of Florida and private contributions.Based in St. Augustine, we are recognized as one of the top schools for the deaf and blind in the nation and the only one of its kind in Florida. FSDB is a fully accredited, tuition-free state public school foreligible Pre-K and K-12 students who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind/visually impaired, or deafblind.

Comprising members such as the Boys' Goalball Coach, Principal of the Florida School for the Deaf, and Soccer Coach, this team collaborates to create a holistic educational environment. Their efforts ensure that students who are deaf/hard of hearing, blind/visually impaired, or deafblind receive top-tier, tailored instruction and coaching to excel in both their studies and extracurricular activities.
