Caroline Siefert

Caroline Siefert is an experienced professional in health care administration and student success coordination. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Student Success and previously as a Registration Specialist II at Florida SouthWestern State College since September 2016, Caroline has dedicated expertise in fostering student engagement and support. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute as a Claims Resolution Specialist, addressing claim issues for patients and clinical staff from September 2013 to November 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Supervisor at Lee Memorial Health System from January 2012 to September 2013, where Caroline focused on clear communication and the effective implementation of policies in a rural physician office.
