Kimberly Hilton is a seasoned chemistry educator with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as a Professor of Chemistry at Florida SouthWestern State College since August 2017. With a career that began in 1992 at Nouvel Catholic Central High School, Kimberly has held various teaching positions across multiple institutions, including Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Delta College. Kimberly's teaching philosophy emphasizes inclusivity and hands-on learning, fostering a positive environment for diverse student populations. Additionally, as a Science Education Influencer on social media since 1999, Kimberly actively contributes to science education beyond the classroom. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University and multiple advanced degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Education from Central Michigan University.
