Nari Jeter

Nari Jeter, PhD, LMFT, serves as an Associate Teaching Professor in the Human Development and Family Science Department at Florida State University since May 2009, focusing on undergraduate education and supervising Internship and Practicum experiences for HDFS majors. Nari Jeter has extensive clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Living Solutions from November 2016 to February 2023, specializing in couples therapy and individual treatments for eating disorders. Additional roles include being a methodological committee member at Northcentral University and a therapy practitioner at various organizations including Impact Behavioral Health and Canopy Cove. Nari Jeter holds a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University, a Master's in Family Therapy from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology/Pre-Medicine from Grove City College.
