Reagan Bourne

Reagan Bourne is currently a Student Mentor at Florida State University, contributing to the Freshman Seminar in Critical Thinking and Information Literacy with a focus on workshops related to Deep Fakes and Data Literacy. In a previous role as a Senior Data Fellow, Reagan developed instructional materials, organized symposiums, and collaborated on advanced data science topics for FSU libraries. An upcoming position as a Software Engineer Intern at L3Harris Technologies involves designing a static code analysis pipeline and optimizing shell scripts. Additionally, Reagan has engaged in research as a Directed Individual Study and Directed Reading Program mentee, studying artificial intelligence applications in smart cities and neural networks, respectively. Reagan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Florida State University, following a high school diploma from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
