Susan Baker

Susan Baker currently serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Florida State University's College of Nursing since July 2018. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Dean at St. Petersburg College's College of Nursing from August 2009 to June 2018, overseeing the Associate Degree in Nursing and RN to BSN programs, while also providing instruction as a Professor. Earlier experience includes roles as an Oncology Nurse Navigator and Charge Nurse at BayCare Health System, Assistant Professor at Florida A&M University, and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Moffitt Cancer Center. Susan Baker holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
