Ted Ellis

Ted Ellis is an accomplished art professional with extensive experience in the fine art sector, serving as the Owner of T. Ellis Art, Inc. since January 1991, specializing in original African American fine art and related products. In addition to ownership, Ted held the role of Co-Owner focusing on marketing and sales. Ted currently contributes to Florida State University as a Director and previously served as Museum Director at SUNO from May 2022 to July 2023. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from Southern University of New Orleans, obtained in 2019, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Dillard University, completed in 1986. Ted is furthering education at San Francisco State University.
