Ray Martinez has over thirty years of experience in the manufacturing industry. From 1983 to 1998, they worked as Production Manager for Pfizer Animal Health. In this role, they managed all functions involved in manufacturing and maintenance operations, prepared personnel, capital, facility and operations budgets, and created, updated, and managed compliance of SOPs for production, regulatory, and safety activities. From 1998 to 2010, they worked as Director of Operations for PAL Laboratories. In this role, they managed the direction and oversaw the purchasing of all raw materials, packaging components, supplies, major and minor equipment, and ensured proper adherence to purchasing policies and procedures. Ray also planned and managed all functions involving Receiving and Shipping, and coordinated all production projections, planning, and scheduling using resource planning systems. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as Director of Operations for Millenium Natural Health Products. In this role, they purchased and implemented a Catalyst Manufacturing ERP system for inventory management and production requirements. Finally, from 2014 to the present, they have worked as President for Florida Supplement. In this role, they have planned, managed, and directed all functions involved in the manufacturing, packaging, and maintenance operations for the solid dosed Nutritional Supplements facility. Ray has also prepared personnel, capital, facility, and operations budgets, and created, updated, and managed compliance of SOPs for production, regulatory, and safety activities.

Ray Martinez received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Professional Administration from Barry University between 1995 and 1999. Ray also attended various courses and seminars at Barry University, Northwestern Bottle Company, Society of Manufacturing Engineers, System Improvements, Inc., The Center for Professional Advancement, and the University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies. These courses and seminars focused on topics such as Valuing Diversity, Multicultural Diversity Training, Rigid Packaging Intensive Technical Training, Developing Ergonomic Solutions for Packaging, TapRoot Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) for Pharmaceuticals, and The Administrative, Purchasing, and Supply Functions.
