Rachel Blevins has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rachel started their career at Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services as a paid intern in 2007. Rachel then worked as an assistant student recruiter at Georgetown College from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they worked as a paid special projects intern at Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where they assisted in various projects and helped in compiling and distributing employee handbooks.

From 2008 to 2009, Rachel worked as an MBA consultant at Kaba Mas. In 2009, they joined Baptist Physicians Lexington as an HR specialist, focusing on recruitment, retention, orientation, and benefits. Rachel was later promoted to HR generalist, where they fulfilled various HR functions including employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment law.

Rachel then became an HR business partner at Baptist Physicians Lexington in 2013, where they provided HR guidance to company leaders, conducted training sessions, and ensured policy and procedure compliance. In 2014, they joined Florida Tile, Inc. as an HR business partner, responsible for coordinating a wide range of HR functions and serving as the primary HR point of contact for employees and executives. Rachel was later promoted to director of human resources in 2015, where they were responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR function for the entire organization.

Rachel Blevins has a strong educational background in Business Administration. Rachel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration: Management from Georgetown College, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, studying from 2008 to 2009.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Rachel acquired the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2012.
