Les Haman

Les Haman is an experienced electrical engineering professional currently serving as the Electrical Engineering Manager at Florida's Natural Growers since August 2022. Haman has also been the Owner of Haman Homestead LLC, focusing on food production, since March 2001. Previously, Haman held positions at Matrix Technologies, Inc. from May 1998 to August 2022, where roles included Senior Consultant and Regional Manager, emphasizing process design and automation. Earlier experience includes serving as an Application Engineer at Mosier Fluid Power and a Controls Engineer at Cummins Inc. Haman earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and German Technical Translation from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology between 1982 and 1986.
