Ed Santos

Ed Santos has extensive experience in IT support and systems analysis, currently serving as an IT Support Supervisor and previously as an IT Support Specialist at Flory Industries Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Ed worked as an IT Specialist at Premier Coordination, where responsibilities included setting up a database system for library inventory management. Ed's long tenure at Orchard Supply Hardware from 1993 to 2018 included roles as a Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, and Systems Support, where Ed focused on designing and maintaining system solutions, developing software, and providing helpdesk support. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Stanislaus, completed in 1993.
