Dominic Hosch

Dominic Hosch currently serves as the General Manager for Architectural & Outdoor North America at Flos, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at BASO Lighting from April 2013 to September 2025, where Dominic held multiple roles including Sales Director, Sales Manager, Product Manager, and Product Engineer. Earlier in the career, Dominic worked at XAL from April 2010 to March 2013 as a Junior Engineer, assisting in the design and development of LED lighting fixtures and conducting product performance tests, and initially began as a Trainee/Junior Engineer, creating 3D models and technical drawings for engineering projects.
