Joe Morse

Joe Morse has extensive work experience in the technology and software industry. Joe currently serves as the Head of Solution Engineering at Flosum, where they lead a team focused on helping Salesforce customers maximize their ROI and reduce errors. Prior to that, Joe worked at Salesforce for several years in various roles. Joe was a Distinguished Solution Engineer, driving executive relationships and strategic planning for the Experience Cloud and CMS products. Joe also served as a Principal Sales Engineer for the Collaboration Cloud, where they engaged with customers to design transformative solutions. Before joining Salesforce, Joe worked at Vignette, where they held roles such as Sr. Sales Engineer and Principal Consultant, specializing in content management, enterprise portals, and application development. These experiences have provided Joe with a strong background in sales, solution engineering, and strategic customer engagement.

Joe Morse has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained from 1996 to 1998. Joe also attended City College of San Francisco from 1994 to 1996 for General Education and Butte College from 1992 to 1994, also for General Education. Additionally, Joe has obtained various certifications including the Flosum Certified Expert and Flosum Certified Professional from Flosum in 2023, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce, Effective Leadership: CEO of Your Own Career from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2017, Sandler Sales System from Sandler in 2011, Salesforce.com Certified Administrator & Developer from Salesforce.com in 2009, and Demo2Win from Demo2Win in 2009.
