Jane Hennessy is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the External Communications Lead at Flotation Energy since February 2024. Previously, Jane held the position of Stakeholder Engagement and Development Manager for Ireland at Mainstream Renewable Power from November 2021 to December 2023, focusing on offshore stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, Jane worked as Technical Director for Stakeholder Engagement & Communications at Jacobs, where support was provided for various Ireland-UK projects. Jane's extensive background also includes serving as Communications Manager at Indaver Ireland & UK from November 2007 to September 2019, where responsibilities included designing and implementing marketing communications policies, and as HR & Project Communications Manager, focusing on HR policy and project management for large-scale infrastructure. Jane holds a Diploma in General Management and a Diploma in Marketing and Digital Strategy from the Irish Management Institute.

Our existing portfolio of projects in development includes fixed bottom offshore windfarms (480MW Morecambe; 1200 MW Greystones; 1,500 MW Seadragon) and floating offshore windfarms (100MW White Cross, 1,500 MW Blackwater and up to 500 MW Green Volt).
