David Middleton

David Middleton has extensive work experience in the finance and corporate finance sectors. David currently holds the position of Finance Director at Flotek Group Limited, a growing technology company that provides IT managed services to SMEs. Prior to joining Flotek, David worked as an Associate Director at Knight Corporate Finance, where they advised entrepreneurs and management teams in the ICT & telecoms sector on various financial matters such as selling their businesses, receiving investments, and borrowing for growth. David also provided financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation services. Before joining Knight, David worked in the Audit department at Grant Thornton UK LLP.

David Middleton received their A-Levels in Maths, Accounts, and Economics from Priestley College in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Level 4 degree at the AAT. In 2015, they enrolled at ICAEW and completed the ACA program, earning the ICAEW Chartered Accountant Qualification by 2017. Additionally, they obtained the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019, and by 2020, they completed the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines.
