Luciana Pitcher

Luciana Pitcher is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in account management and customer operations. Currently serving as an Account Director at Flourish since May 2022, Luciana previously held the position of Senior Account Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at saintnicks and as Head of Operations at 100% Natural Foods. Luciana also managed customer operations for the Energy Service at Bristol City Council, leading the Smart Homes project team. Earlier career highlights include a role as In House Account Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where Luciana transitioned from a graduate management trainee after winning the University of Nottingham's Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Award. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in History and American Studies from the University of Nottingham and an exchange year at McGill University.
