Melissa Perry, CFA, is the Head of Business Development at Flourish, where since July 2019, leadership has been provided in facilitating innovative access to financial products for over 400 RIAs managing more than $1 trillion in assets. Prior to Flourish, Melissa served at iCapital Network from May 2014 to July 2019, ascending to Senior Vice President and focusing on relationship management and expanding access to alternative investments for independent RIAs and broker dealers. Melissa's career began at FactSet, where from July 2006 to May 2014, roles included Institutional Sales Executive and Account Executive, contributing to client relationship management and business development strategies. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
