Falilah Bilal

Falilah "Aisha" Bilal is an experienced professional in wellness, healing, and social justice, currently serving as the Deputy Director of People and Programs at BLACK ORGANIZING PROJECT INC since January 2023, while also acting as the Founder and Lead at WaterFlowLife since March 2020. Aisha specializes in creating healing opportunities centered on the Divine Feminine and holds the title of Radical Healer at Flourish Agenda, Inc. since January 2016. Aisha's expertise includes roles as a Senior Trainer at The National Black Women’s Justice Institute, Development Consultant at World Trust Educational Services and The Young Women’s Freedom Center, and Executive Director at MISSSEY, Inc. Aisha's career also includes therapeutic work at the Alameda County Sheriff's Office and facilitation with The Center for Young Women’s Development. Aisha possesses a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies and attended Fisk University from 1990 to 1993.
