Erika Rowen

Erika Rowen has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Their most recent position is at Flourish Labs where they serve as the Head of People since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Antora Energy as a Senior People Operations Manager from March 2022 to February 2023, and as a Talent Acquisition Lead from October 2021 to March 2022.

Erika also took a break from work in 2020 to take care of their child as a Stay-at-Home Pandemic Parent. Before that, they held multiple positions at Bantam Tools, including Operations Consultant from October to November 2020, Director of Operations from July 2018 to October 2020, and Business Operations Manager from June 2017 to July 2018.

In addition, Erika has experience as the Founder of SheSpoke Cycling Club from September 2013 to October 2020. Erika also worked as an Operations Manager at Postmates Inc. from May 2016 to April 2017, a Technical Recruiter at Talener from May 2015 to May 2016, and the San Francisco Chapter Director at Bicycle Angels from September 2015 to March 2016.

Erika Rowen's education history includes several educational experiences in the field of photography and human resource management. Erika attended Point Park University from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on their photography studies. Following that, they enrolled at the Academy of Art University from 2010 to 2013 for further education in photography. In 2017, Erika pursued a Certificate in Human Resource Management at UC Berkeley Extension, a program they completed in 2019. Additionally, they obtained certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in October 2022.
