María Gracia Carreño Velázquez

María Gracia Carreño Velázquez has held several positions in various companies since 2008. María Gracia began working at McDonald's as a Coordinadora de Área in 2008, where they managed quality standards and coordinated the kitchen area, as well as providing customer service. In 2013, they became a Representante de Ventas at BSN medical, where they were responsible for retail, marketing and sales of products. In 2015, they took on the role of Coordinadora de Traducción at FICAIJ International Film Festival for Children and Youth. From 2016 to 2019, María worked as a Freelance Translator & Copywriter on Freelancer, and as an Asistente Virtual y Traductora / Virtual Assistant and Translator on Upwork. In 2019, they simultaneously held two positions: Especialista en Soporte y Operaciones (Support & Operations) at HANEK, and Customer Support Specialist at GoodBoy. Finally, in 2020, María became a Customer Support Specialist / Marketing Assistant at Flourish Pancakes, where they are responsible for customer service and community management, as well as assisting in the marketing and social media area.
