Senior Vice President Of Global Operations And Finance at Flourish Ventures

Larry brings a deep background in technology, operations, and venture capital to Flourish. As head of operations, he directs the investment management process, finance, and portfolio management.

Before Flourish, he served as finance director at Intel Capital, where he managed equity investments and M&A strategy across the firm’s artificial intelligence, datacenter, and autonomous driving portfolios. In this role, Larry was responsible for evaluating investment proposals, creating valuation assessments, developing recommendations to the investment committee, and ensuring strategic alignment with Intel’s corporate goals and business unit objectives. As an investment advisor and board member, Larry worked with numerous portfolio companies spanning multiple stages, verticals, and business models to accelerate growth and scale to plan. Previously, Larry also served as the finance business manager for Intel Sales & Marketing. He has also provided strategic operations finance support for the Intel Flash Memory group.

Prior to Intel, Larry served in a variety of regulated and deregulated roles across finance, IT, and energy delivery for FirstEnergy Corporation.

Larry received an MBA with a focus on banking and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
