Stefanie Wulf

As legal operations manager, Stef guides Flourish’s investments to closing, in all markets. She assists portfolio companies with investor requests, Know Your Customer inquiries, and contracts.

Previously, she was the senior paralegal for Omidyar Network, where she was responsible for closing venture financings as well as overseeing legal compliance for the firm’s operating entities across the globe. With Omidyar, Stef traveled to Bangalore several times, to train new legal team members.

Before joining Omidyar Network, Stef was a corporate and securities paralegal for Gunderson Dettmer. There, she performed corporate maintenance for startup companies, seeing them through various stages of venture financing. For several clients, she supported venture fund formation. She has also worked as a substitute teacher in East Palo Alto.

Stef has a bachelor’s in communications from the University of California, Los Angeles and a master’s in international relations from Syracuse University. During her graduate program, she studied with the Zapatista movement in Chiapas, Mexico, where she saw innovations in service delivery that are possible for marginalized people.
