Pedro Costa

Pedro Costa is a Customer Success Manager at Flourish Fi since May 2022, with a robust background in customer success and support roles. Prior to this, Pedro coordinated the Customer Success department at Hent, structuring the area from the ground up and overseeing support analysts. Experience includes onboarding and proactive client management at Fatura Simples, technical support and content curation at Crowdynews, as well as journalism roles at ESPN, Abril Mídia, Rede Globo, Sistema Jornal do Commercio, and ESTADÃO. Pedro holds a degree in Communications, Journalism from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco and studied Audiovisual Communications at Universidad de Salamanca.
