Ryan Pollnow is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Co-Chef & Partner at Flour+Water Hospitality Group since April 2020, Ryan has also held the position of Chef/Partner at Ne Timeas Restaurant Group since December 2013. Previous roles include Chef de Cuisine at central kitchen from October 2012 to November 2014 and at Flour+Water from February 2012 to October 2012. Additionally, Ryan worked as a Sous Chef at Il Cane Rosso from November 2010 to February 2012 and Jackson Family Wines, Inc. from January 2007 to November 2010.
