Rebecca Jacobs

Rebecca Jacobs is currently working at Flow Control Group as the Director of Human Resources since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Instrumart from November 2010. Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Vermont, a Certificate of Human Resources Management from Champlain College, and is SHRM-Certified Professional. Before working at Instrumart, Rebecca was a Senior Customer Relations Counselor at VSAC from June 2005 to November 2010.

Rebecca Jacobs, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Champlain College, which they pursued from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Certificate in HR Management from Champlain College in 2012. Rebecca completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from 2001 to 2005. Before attending college, Rebecca attended BFA St. Albans from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Rebecca is currently pursuing their MBA with a focus in Leadership from Champlain College.

In terms of certifications, Rebecca obtained the Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in September 2022. Rebecca also holds the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in July 2021. Furthermore, Rebecca has a Certificate of Concentrated Study in Human Resources Management from Champlain College. Rebecca also completed the Leadership Champlain program in 2014, organized by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.
