Hugo Luiz Cruz possesses extensive experience in software development and project management, currently serving as Head of Development at Flow Software since March 2015, with prior roles as Technical Lead Developer and Delphi Developer. Previous positions include Project Manager and ICT Consultant at Delta Installations Ltd., overseeing various projects including cloud migration and software implementation, as well as a Survey/Team Leader at Insite Aluminium Ltd.
