Shivani Joshi

Shivani Joshi currently serves as a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Specialist at Flow Alkaline Spring Water since October 2022, and previously held the position of Quality Assurance Technician. Prior experience includes working as a Plant Owner in Quality Assurance at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd from December 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring GMP practices, HACCP coordination, shift management for testing, SOP updates, and microbiological testing. Before this, Shivani gained experience as a Quality Executive intern at Global Gourmet Pvt Ltd from December 2018 to December 2019, participating in BRC certification audits. Educational background includes an Advanced Diploma in Food Technology and Processing from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology and Processing from A. D. Patel Institute of Technology. Additionally, Shivani coordinated the Food Processing Technology Department for the ADIT ISTE Student Chapter from May 2016 to April 2019.
