Kristin Holthus, CPA

Kristin Holthus, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kristin is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at FloWater since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Aduro Advisors from February 2021 to March 2022.

From August 2020 to February 2021, Kristin worked as a Senior Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions at BDO USA, LLP. Before that, they held various roles at ACM LLP. From January 2019 to August 2020, they served as the CFO, overseeing financial management, budgeting, and reporting.

From January 2017 to December 2018, Kristin took on the role of Director of Finance and Operations, responsible for finance, accounting, HR, and IT functions. Earlier in their career, they served as the Controller from January 2012 to December 2016, managing financial data and month-end operations.

Kristin also served as the HR / Recruiting Manager from July 2009 to December 2011, where they managed staffing needs and participated in firm management activities. Kristin began their career at ACM LLP as an Audit Associate and eventually advanced to the position of Audit Manager from July 2004 to July 2009. In this role, they led audit engagements, supervised staff, and reviewed workpapers.

Kristin Holthus, CPA completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Wyoming from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Accounting at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2003 to 2004. In 2007, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Colorado. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained the Professional Association of Financial Management (PAFM) certification from CPAFMA.
