Miguel Mendoza

Miguel Mendoza has worked in various engineering roles since 2010. Miguel began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Lab for the Exploration of Advanced Design Engineering Research (LEADER) in 2010. In 2011, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at Center for Space Exploration Technology Research (cSETR). In 2012, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso. In 2013, they became a Project Engineer at Key Energy Services. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer at Rush-Overland Manufacturing. Most recently, in 2020, they joined FlowBelow Aero, Inc. as a Product Development Engineer.

Miguel Mendoza holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, which they completed in 2012. Miguel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, which they completed in 2011. Miguel has also obtained additional certifications, including Programming Foundations: Fundamentals from LinkedIn in July 2021, Inventor Professional Simulation from Autodesk in June 2017, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial Engineers in April 2014.
