Julien Martin

Julien Martin currently serves as the Group Chief Information Officer at Flowbird Group, overseeing infrastructure and business applications including ERP, CRM, HR, and BI since September 2023. Prior to this, Julien held the position of Group IT Director for AXEREAL, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a new core model based on MS Dynamics 365 for two business units, managing a project team of approximately 100 individuals, and ensuring the project was delivered on time and within budget. Julien's extensive experience spans various roles in information technology and supply chain management in organizations such as Ideal Standard International NV, Honeywell, and BOSTIK - TOTAL Group, marked by achievements in program management, transformation initiatives, and operational optimization. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Global Supply Chain Management from KEDGE Business School and a recent certification in Change Management from ESSEC Executive Education.
