Laurent Fagot

Laurent Fagot possesses extensive experience in research and development, specializing in contactless card reader technology. Since 2006, Laurent has been an R&D Consultant at GO Concept, contributing to the RF WorkGroup for public transport communication standards. Prior to this role, Laurent worked as a Transit Embedded Software Engineer at Cibest from 2000 to 2004, focusing on transit card reader development. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research and Development Engineer at ARIES SA between 1996 and 1999, where Laurent contributed to the development of a high-resolution gamma imager, recognized in the publication "State-of-the-art Imaging in Stroke" by Bernhard Schaller. Laurent holds a PhD in Sciences Pour l'Ingénieur from Université de Franche-Comté and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie informatique from CPE Lyon.
