Sidney Uderani has a strong background in HR, finance, and operations. They have experience working in various nonprofit organizations, focusing on education, poverty alleviation, and conservation. Currently, Sidney serves as a Director of HR & Systems at Flowcarbon and as a Board Member at Educational Arts Team. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Cause Strategy Partners, SeaChange Capital Partners, NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, Innovations for Poverty Action, and Girls on the Run International. Sidney holds a BA in Political Economics from Wofford College and an MPA in Finance from New York University.
