Carolyn J. Hayden has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in employee engagement and HR systems administration. Carolyn J. worked as the Director of Global Employee Engagement & HR Systems Administration at CIBT, where they developed and executed an employee engagement strategy across 26 countries. Hayden also successfully launched a global HRIS system for the company. Carolyn J. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and a minor in Women and Gender Studies from George Mason University. Carolyn J. also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from the same university. Additionally, they completed workshops on Brand Ambassador, Leader as a Communicator, and Leader as a Coach at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
