Andrew Sweeting has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Andrew started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Summer Vacation Scheme Intern in 2008. Andrew then joined Accenture full-time in 2010, initially as a Retail Strategy Analyst, and later progressed to the roles of Retail Strategy Consultant and Retail Strategy Manager. In 2015, Andrew joined TalkTalk as Head of Operational Development, and then became the Director of Service - B2B in 2017. In 2019, they joined FLOWERBX as the General Manager - North America, and quickly moved up to the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Andrew Sweeting completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in International Management with American Business from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2005 to 2009. In 2007 to 2008, they also studied Business Administration at Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Net-A-Porter's former chief executive Mark Sebba has also joined the company's board.FLOWERBX has secured a loyal following from the fashion, hotel and restaurant industries, and already has a raft of celebrity clients. It has also provided flowers for several high-profile events, and was the recipient of a prestigious Wallpaper Design Award for Best Delivery Service.
