Mylka Valcin has accumulated extensive experience in project management and administration in various sectors, particularly in packaging design and communications. Currently serving as a Weekend Administrator at Compass since September 2021 and as an Integrated Project Manager at Flowers Communications Group since January 2021, Mylka previously worked with Jameson Sotheby's International Realty and held roles as a Weekend Receptionist, Project Manager at Kaleidoscope ®, and Project Manager at REVOLUTION BEAUTY. Early career experiences include positions as an Account Manager at Equator Design and a Studio Coordinator at Ogilvy & Mather, alongside Project Coordinator and intern roles at Topco Associates LLC and Burrell Communications. Mylka holds an M.A. in Public Relations & Advertising from DePaul University and a B.S. in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
