Chris Sheppard

Chris Sheppard has extensive work experience in the technology sector. Chris started their career with Software Spectrum as a Large Account Territory Representative, where they managed and developed accounts in the New York and Eastern Pennsylvania area. Chris then joined Microsoft, where they held various roles including Corporate Account Representative, Area Sales Representative, and Channel Partner Manager. In these roles, Chris was responsible for managing sales programs, training, and developing relationships with customers and vendors. Chris also worked as a Practice Manager and Sr. Information Security Program Manager at COFENSE, where they managed the West Professional Services team and supported clients in running phishing defense programs. Most recently, Chris worked at HCL Technologies as a Regional Consulting Manager and Cyber Solutions Director, where they provided professional consulting services to customers and developed plans to meet their security needs. Currently, they are working as a Lead Security Architect at Flowers Foods, focusing on developing and maintaining the organization's security posture. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, sales, consulting, and customer relationship management.

Chris Sheppard completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies at North Idaho College from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 1999 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration at Lewis-Clark State College. In April 2023, Chris obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
