John Brown

John Brown has a diverse work experience history. John started their career at The University of Georgia as a Manager of Strength and Conditioning from August 2000 to December 2001. John then worked at MRS. SMITH'S BAKERIES as an Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing Intern for Foodservice Marketing from May 2001 to May 2002. Afterwards, they joined Susquehanna Radio in various roles such as Promotions Intern, Front Office Manager, Promotions/Marketing Assistant, and Assistant Promotions Director from January 2003 to November 2005.

In 2005, John Brown joined Flowers Foods, where they served as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager until June 2012. John then took on the role of Category Advisor from April 2012 to January 2014. John continued working with Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries as a Director of National Accounts from January 2014 to November 2021. From November 2021 to April 2023, they were the Director of Brand Management - Business Development. John is currently working at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries as the Senior Vice President - Cake Brands since May 2023.

John Brown earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Georgia, attending from 1997 to 2001.
