Teri Wheeler

Teri Wheeler has a long and diverse work experience in various talent acquisition and management roles. Teri is currently working as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries. Previously, they worked as the Director of Talent Solutions at Korn Ferry, where they partnered with companies to deliver executive experience on demand. Teri also has experience in the public sector, having served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the State of Minnesota. Teri has worked in various other companies, including Baker Hill, Taylor Corporation, World Fuel Services, United Technologies, Goodrich Landing Gear Division, and Eaton Corporation, where they held key roles in talent acquisition and management. Teri has a strong track record of implementing targeted talent strategies, developing talent pipelines, and driving organizational success.

Teri Wheeler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Ambassador University. In addition, they have certifications as an ACE Associate from UTC Aerospace Systems, Lean Practitioner from Goodrich, and Lean Transaction from TRW Automotive Aftermarket.
