Johannes Wandschneider

Johannes Wandschneider has over 10 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. In 2022, they joined Flowers-Software GmbH as Head of People. From 2016-2022, they worked at Labbé & Cie. GmbH as Head of Research, Executive Search Consultant, Research Associate, Research Consultant, and Working Student. From 2014-2016, they were a Student Assistant (Student Counselling) at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and also completed a Project Study: Mobile Corporate Valuation at fiduCon GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in 2014. In 2011, they began their career as an Intern (Department Global Projects) at Werum Software & Systems AG.

Johannes Wandschneider has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich. Johannes is currently pursuing a Master of Arts - MA in Organizational Development and Human Resources at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, with an expected graduation date of 2023. Johannes also has an exchange semester from Aalto University in Business Administration.
