Fernando Zunino

Founder & CTO at Flowics

Fernando Zunino has worked in the tech industry since 2003. Fernando began their career as a Junior Developer at 3 Way Solutions, where they developed applications in C and Perl for a computer based digital video recorder. Fernando then worked as an Intern at ITBA, where they developed an Integrated Navigation System Simulator. From 2005 to 2007, they served as an Adjunct Professor, Assistant Professor, and Teaching Assistant and Developer at ITBA. During this time, they also co-founded Zauber, a software research and development company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2007, they became CTO of Popego Inc., where they created AI algorithms and innovative interfaces to deliver a more personal and meaningful web. In 2012, they founded Flowics, an Audience Participation Platform for broadcasters, streamers and content creators to attract, retain and monetize viewers across all digital environments.

Fernando Zunino attended Instituto Angel D'Elía from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor degree. Fernando then attended Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BS in Software Engineering. In 2017, they obtained three certifications from Coursera in Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization, and Convolutional Neural Networks. In 2019, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and completed the Endeavor Innovation & Growth Program.
