Alper Yurder

Alper Yurder has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alper is currently the Co-Founder of Flowla, where they utilize their expertise as a former sales leader to provide advice and guidance to sales professionals. As the General Manager and Managing Director of Witco (ex-MonBuilding), they spearheaded the company's expansion into the UK market, showcasing their ability to build teams and create brand awareness with limited resources. Alper also served as the Enterprise Sales Director at General Assembly, where they built an enterprise vertical from scratch, closed major deals, and generated significant revenue. Prior to that, they worked as the Client Director for Financial & Professional Services at Mind Gym, where they successfully sold behavioral science-based training to high-profile clients. Before transitioning into sales, Alper held various sales strategy roles at Accenture, working with top clients and NGOs. Alper began their career at Bain & Company as a Senior Consultant and also gained valuable experience in sales and marketing at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Hyatt Regency. Alper's work experience demonstrates their entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and ability to deliver results in challenging environments.

Alper Yurder's education history begins at Boğaziçi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they attended Università Bocconi from 2008 to 2009, earning a Master of Science degree in International Management. In 2009, they then joined HEC Paris for a year and obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Management.
