Ekaterina Egorova

Ekaterina Egorova began their work experience in 2005 as a Human Resources Generalist at BSPOSt. In 2007, they became an HR Business Partner at Accenture before moving on to Flowserve in 2013. At Flowserve, they worked as the Human Resources Lead for MEA, where they were responsible for ensuring effective execution of organizational strategy, talent strategies, and annual execution plans.

Ekaterina Egorova completed their education at Tver State University from 2000 to 2005, earning a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
