Whitney Tu

Whitney Tu currently serves as the Strategy Lead and Head of Operations at Floww since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading mission-critical projects and overseeing a cross-functional team to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes managing global acceleration programs at IAPS NYCU Accelerator from July 2018 to August 2020, fostering partnerships to support early-stage tech startups. As a co-founder and partner at Sprouts for Thought, Whitney contributed to a translation studio specializing in language services and marketing campaigns from January 2013 to August 2020. Additional roles include serving as an Executive Assistant at Bowdex Group, a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, a Market Research Intern at Ipsos Taiwan, and an Interpreter at Pan German Motors Ltd. Educational achievements include an MBA from the University of Cambridge, a BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and additional studies at the University of Oxford.
