Paul Frank

Paul Frank, P.E., is the Founder and Principal Engineer at FlowWest, where they have been leading projects since 2015. Previously, they served as a Senior Ecological Engineer at NewFields from 2010 to 2015 and worked as a Civil/Water Resources Engineer at CH2M HILL from 2004 to 2010, specializing in Natural Treatment Systems Technology for the West Region of the United States. Paul began their career as an Engineering Consultant at URS Corporation from 2002 to 2004. They are currently pursuing both a BA in Environmental Sciences and a Master's in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
