Laura Alexandra Sirbu has worked in the financial services industry since 2008. Laura Alexandra began their career as a Treasury Assistant at Citibank Europe Plc, Dublin Romania Branch. Laura Alexandra then moved to Citibank Europe plc, Dublin Romania B as a Treasury Sales Representative in 2011. In 2013, they took on the role of Treasury Sales Dealer at Banca Comerciala Carpatica. Laura Alexandra then moved to OTP Bank Romania S.A. in 2015, where they worked as a Treasury Sales Dealer. In 2016, they joined Moneycorp Romania as a Senior Sales Dealer. In 2020, they were appointed Head of Desk at Ebury Romania. Most recently, in 2022, they were named EMEA Client Director at FLOWX.AI.

Laura Alexandra Sirbu has a Master degree from Doctoral School of Finance and Banking (DOFIN) in Economics, which they completed in 2012. Laura Alexandra also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they completed in 2010.
