Currently serving as Servicedesk Manager at Floyd & Hamilton since March 2019, Eric previously held the position of Services Manager at RecruitNow from September 2013 to February 2019, where the focus was on fostering client growth. Earlier roles include Service Manager at the people's valley and various positions in training and support at Modern Media and Clixmaster Technologies BV from 2006 to 2012. Eric began the professional journey in after-sales at Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes from 1996 to 2006, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise in customer service and technical support throughout the years.
