Christopher Piller has extensive experience in the medical field, particularly in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. Christopher began their career in 2001 as the Chief of Orthopedic Surgery in the United States Air Force. In 2004, they joined Harbin Clinic as a Partner and Orthopaedic surgeon. Throughout their time at Harbin Clinic, they held various roles including Chief of Sports Medicine and Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. In 2013, they also served as the Chief of Surgery at Redmond Regional Hospital. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Surgery at Floyd Medical Center, starting in 2018.

Christopher Piller's education history begins in 1990 when they attended Duke University School of Medicine and earned their MD degree. From 1994 to 1999, they attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry for their Orthopaedic Surgery Residency. In 2003, they furthered their education by completing a Fellowship in Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the American Sports Medicine Institute. Their field of study in their residency and fellowship was focused on Orthopaedic Sports Medicine.
