Nichole Thompson, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Nichole currently serves as the SVP, Chief People Officer at FLS Transportation Services since October 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Human Resources at Benevis from April 2013 to September 2018. From May 2007 to April 2013, they served as the HR Director at Kool Smiles. Before that, they worked as an EEO Manager at Union Pacific Railroad from May 2001 to July 2006. Nichole also gained HR management experience at Target from July 1997 to June 2002. Additionally, they worked as the Manager of Special Events at the Atlanta Committee for The Olympic Games from July 1995 to September 1996.

Nichole Thompson, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Syracuse University College of Law. Nichole also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Clark Atlanta University. Additionally, they have completed a Summer Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on Comparative Law. Nichole Thompson also has a Bachelor's degree from Clark Atlanta University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM, as well as various assessments and programs from Korn Ferry Hay Group, including the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, Korn Ferry Voices 360, and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect.
